Passive House is not a style. It’s a standard — one of the most rigorous in the world — and it demands architects who understand it from the inside out.

At Space Division, we’ve been designing to the Passive House standard since before it became a talking point in New Zealand architecture. Our practice is led by Marc Lithgow, a Registered Architect and Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD), and we have four certified homes to our name — including a Passive House Plus, one of fewer than a handful in Aotearoa.

Our clients come to us because they want a home that performs as beautifully as it looks. Passive House is how we deliver that.
